What's on the menu today?

B - chike, bacon, protein pancake

L - leftover chicken and pasta

S - latte

D - turkey, cabbage, Brussel sprouts

S - cottage cheese and berries

E - crossfit

I'm starting my three day carb detox today (ugh) so that means pretty much unlimited amounts of unprocessed meats, green veggies, and healthy fats. In more specific terms that will probably look like: chicken breast, turkey meatballs, shrimp, sardines, eggs, artichoke hearts, grilled asparagus, green beans, and cauliflower. With grass fed butter and lots of herbs and spices. Part of my three day carb detox (and boy do I need it after the last couple weeks) is allowing myself to eat whenever I get hungry so probably not really defined meals.

Good morning, everyone.

So far so good on sticking to the diet.  No New Years eve parties for us this year, as my hubby isn't mobile yet.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - ham and cauliflower casserole

dinner - chicken and broccoli au gratin

snack - almonds

 

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

Good morning,

Im going to my friends house tonight for new year's eve.  I dont know whats on the menu.

Im currently having water and coffee with fairlife milk and truvia since i slept in late.

B crustless spinach and ham quiche 

L cottage cheese,  baby carrots and orange pepper 

The rest i dont know

AM: Luscious coffee (may add protein if I can get the cap off the cup!) + ON white chocolate protein

L: Chicken Cilantro Wonton soup (the last of it)

S: L&F Greek yogurt

D: 1 slice 14" Thin crust chicken cordon bleu pizza (this stuff is the BOMB!)

S: peanut butter Creme protein bar

D shredded chicken and  green beans( I am going to estimate instead of weighing. I will be at a catered church dinner tonight for New Years Eve. Hopefully I will stay away from those little old church ladies' desserts. Those old ladies sure can bake. )
