D crack slaw
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and apple

I've been white knuckling it with the carb monster these past few days after a high carb Christmas. Yesterday I almost bought a package of cookies - If I had seen them, I don't think I could have resisted. I am blown away by the enormity of the carb cravings I fight. I didn't see the cookies in the bakery and I quickly ushered myself out of the food store without looking too closely for them.
Today I am more in control, thank goodness, and I am back on plan.

dinner - chicken and broccoli casserole
snack - almonds

Cleared for soft foods yesterday, so will be experimenting today.
B soft scrambled egg sprinkled with shredded cheese (tasted so good, and didn't bother my tummy, but I was amazed at how little it took to fill me up)
L 1/2 a tuna pouch with a little Greek yogurt for moisture
D either the other 1/2 tuna pouch or some homemade egg salad
If I find I need a snack I will divide up a protein shake.
Vitamins in and water is on track.
Exercise..packing up and putting away the tree and decorations.
