Good morning, everyone! I had a "slap fest" with my scale this morning....up 2 lbs from yesterday. What gives???? For now, I've decided I didn't get enough water in yesterday and probably had too much sodium, since I didn't go over 750 calories or 40 grams of carbs. Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated!

L: 3 oz pot roast, 2 oz mixed veggies
D: 3 oz lean ground beef, crumbled, slice of American cheese, 1/4 c. twice baked cauliflower
Vitamins, supplements and going to make 8 c. of water today, even if i****er logs me! :)

Good morning everyone. I forgot my lunch at home today. Grr. I think I might head home early and just have my yogurt at lunch time - or my hubby might bring it to me or I'll just go to Marianos. Arg.
