I've been back from my trip for a few days but was tired and had Christmas with my family on Wednesday.
B egg whites with spinach, colored pepper, ham and cheese omelet and string cheese.
L lunch meat and cheese and baby carrots
D ham and corn
S greek yogurt and turkey sausage snack sticks

AM: Coffee (50g sf white mocha, 55g sf peppermint syrup, 90g 1% milk) + ON White Chocolate Protein
B: red grapefruit
L: L&F Greek Yogurt
D: chicken Breast & cilantro Lime Quinoa

We made it home last night. The end of our trip had a bit more drama than we would have liked but overall the medical treatment my had was great and that is what is most important.
