Thanks for that update...unsure...something - LOLOL  Glad the hubby is doing well.

I'm in a whirlwind of insanity now.   My father has been in the hospital 2.5 weeks now - and my office moved 40 miles away.  I'm ready to collapse.... All that and I'm insane for Christmas.

B:  12 grain bread with cheddar

S:  pistachios

L:  unsure (I'm working at home today, so the options are better)

D:  something hahahaha

E:  walking

haha  :)

Normally I have a better idea, but today I literally don't know if I will have lunch in Mexico or the US.  I will have to go with what I can.

I hope your father gets better soon.  I know how terrible a long commute can be.  I used to commute 40 miles each day and would pack so many drinks(protein shake + coffee + 20 oz of water) that I'd be ready to burst by the time I got to work.

Hi Stacy,  I'm glad your hubby is doing well.  It will be great when you are both healthy and able to do more together.

My hubby destroyed his knee in a fall on blac**** last weekend.  So I've spent all too much time in medical facilities, and caring for my immobile husband.  The bad news is that I haven't had time to cook.  The good news is that I haven't had time to eat, either.  So I'm finally dropping those few extra pounds.

Hubby is home from the hospital, and settled in, and we've got some support from visiting nurses and physical therapists now, so things are looking up.  But it was a hard week.

Breakfast - cheeseburger pie

Lunch - leftovers

dinner - Vegetarian spaghetti sauce and meatballs.  Pasta for the rest of the family.

I hope you are all well and happy.

Carol
