I'm going down!
I'm almost three months post op and was given clearance to hit the gym now 4 times a week!..I'm down to 195, and I'm excited and scared at the same time..My goal is 150 and I don't want it to happen really quickly..that might sound crazy, but it's how I feel. Grateful for my new tool, just gotta figure out how to manage it after the honeymoons over..kinda like a marriage (ha)!..I'm in onderland land now, so congrats to me!
Don't slow down your progress!! The pounds will naturally start to come off slower. Get to goal first, then manage from that point. I have been on the board for years and almost never see anyone post about losing too much weight. Congrats on such a good start and the gym habit!

there is no such thing as losing too fast. Get it off as quickly as possible. You won't be sorry.
I think that as long as you are eating healthy, getting your fluids and vitamins in appropriately, your body will be the one who decides how fast the pounds come off. Besides that, too fast or too slow is only relative to you, not compared to any other person.
My advice is to simply enjoy being a "loser."
Good friends are like stars.
You don't always see them but you always know they're there.
Never mind. I saw the post title and thought this was going to be about something else entirely.
