One year Post Op
Today marks one year that I've had my surgery and what a rollercoaster this journey has been!I don't post on the forums I tend to blog here, but, I promised myself for my one year surgiversary that I WILL post in the forums and include some before and after pics because I loved looking and reading those posts, when I was waiting for my surgery.
One year later and I still work hard on making healthier choices and consistently working out. It's been hard and from the posts I've read on those vets who are further out, it gets harder but damn it I love my results so I'm going to keep at it. For the first time, since I was a teen,I will not be starting my New Year's Resolution with " I will lose X amount of weight!"... a feeling I will cherish forever.
Today my weight is 158lbs. My weight goes from 154-158lbs. I might go smaller, I just need to decrease my carbs, but if I don, I'm okay with that too. Wishing you all the best!
