Whatcha eating today? Tuesday, 12/13/2016
It's Tuesday! I had a great day yesterday doing NOTHING involving school. I mean, I ran around like a headless chicken and had lots of errands and forgot to eat lunch, but no school! I imagine today will be similar. Only less running around aside from actually, you know, running. (And I'm back in the 160s today. w00t)
1: protein shake
2: I've forgotten to eat lunch the last two days. Today I will eat something. I'm slowly restocking the fridge with delicious food, so I don't know what exactly lunch will be yet.
3: roast leg of lamb with flageolets (can't link to the recipe because it's from Anthony Bourdain's newest book and not online anywhere yet), skillet potatoes for the guys (just nuke a bag of potatoes, cut them up, and saute until crispy and delicious)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga stretching later in the day (I've got a contractor coming for an estimate at 10:30 and it's really cold, so I'll just run after the contractor leaves because, hey, no school!)

Sounds like yesterday was a fun day!!! Today is another work day for me. I sit five feet from my fridge but can barely get to it!!!
AM: Coffee (50g 5 Sparrows SF white mocha, 50g Torani SF Peppermint syrup, 90g 1% milk) + ON white chocolate protein in an hour or so...
L: 67g Beef roast
D: 70g premium pork sausage, plsage and a medium egg.
Time to sleep!

Dinner - buffalo chicken casserole

I'm almost out of food, so today is a food shopping day. I need to plan my menu for next week. I'm thinking of a chicken and broccoli dish, a thai chicken in peanut sauce, and then something with ground beef or pork... Maybe I'll make that eggroll stuffing bowl again. That was yummy.

My ultimate goal weight is 120, but I have no idea if that's possible before plastic surgery or ever. So my goal weight for plastic surgery is 150. I need to be there by March, since I have a schedule. I think I can do it if I stay vigilant!

Happy Tuesday! It's only a 10.5 hour work day. Then heading to the mall to hopefully finish shopping.
B 1/2 shake in coffee
S 6 cubes of cheese
L cold cuts, hard boiled egg
D 1/2 greek yogurt with berries, rest of the cold cuts
S if needed other 1/2 of my shake. And the other half of my greek yogurt.
I am trying to split things in half. Its comforting to eat, but if I eat less at once, I hope it helps with losing.
Water, realized I suck today! Upping my intake while finishing the work day.
Exercise - does shopping count?
Woke up super late today at 2pm and had lunch right away at 2:30. Today is quite a long day because I'm going shopping with my mom then I'll go meet up with my friend at Jack Astor's for dinner at 7. I didnt want to go too crazy with eating because i really want to get a steak lol.

L: turkey slices and a piece of cheese
S: will have some almonds while shopping
D: will get the grilled sirloin off the kids menu from Jack Astor's and ask for a side of veggies
S: sf pudding if i get hungry
