Whatcha eating today? Monday, 12/12/2016
It's Monday! And you know what I'm not doing this week?! I'm not doing school work!! Yay! No school for me until January 4. Just all the other things I need to accomplish in that time.
1: protein shake
2: leftover chicken sans dumplings
3: slow cooker french onion pot pie stew (recipe doesn't list liquid, so I'll be adding some and keeping an eye on things) - Update: I didn't add liquid. I decided that the onions and mushrooms were probably wet enough, and I was right. It did not need any added liquid. I also didn't make the pot pie crackers - I just served it with cheese crispy things on top.

I'm still chugging along. I'm in the groove for the diet now. Its great to feel in control for a change.

Less than 2 weeks until Christmas, my favorite day!
Yesterday was a rough one food wise. Little liquid intake also. Back at it today. Left the house early because roads were crap. Its a 12 hour minimum work day, then I have to run by the mall real quick, zombie status. No exercise for me today.
B hard boiled egg, 3 sausage links
L 1/2 greek yogurt, chicken & cauliflower mash
D 1/2 greek yogurt with berries, and a shake
No snacking except another shake if I need it. I might make decaf protein coffee - for added protein to sip on through my 12 hour work day.
Well I guess I'm back and sticking around a while. I liked Gwen's advice to really demonstrate the right moves instead of just telling him what the right thing to do is. I know water is going to be a big struggle for him. I drink a ton of water - but heavily around my workout times. This week, I'm going to work on ensuring I get 8+ ounces before every meal.

This is going to be a bit tricky for me. I typically eat my carbs in the evening - a potato or rice with dinner. Since my hubby can't anymore, I am not going to cook that. I have to see how I react to pulling these out of the diet. My mind can go binge happy if I restrict too much.
AM: Coffee (50g SF white Mocha, 50g SF peppermint syrup, 90g 1% Milk) + ON White Chocolate Protein - in a little bit...
B: L&F Greek (flavor I opened last night and didn't want before bed)
L: Beef leftover
D: I think I'm gonna make some more chicken wonton soup, maybe...

I got to get this binge eating under control. Didnt like the scale so hopefully ill just eat what i plan.

Exercise - gym night - really have to buckle down on this, been slacking since thanksgiving
Exam season is kicking my butt and yesterday i was too ashamed to post that i stress ate and had cheesy potatoes and not 1 but 2 cupcakes

L: 4 slices of deli roast turkey + 1 piece of cheese
D: pot roast + beans and carrots
Drank some light hot chocolate and tea with ff milk and splenda
