NSV: Jeans
I have had horrible habits from August to November, so my weight los**** a wall due to my own "user error." Stepped up my game and back on track, as I posted elsewhere. Today something surprised me.
Anyone that has weighed over 500 pounds knows exactly what I'm talking about: jeans. They don't fit.
Today I wore jeans for the first time in 10 years. It is so strange to walk into a regular store, even if I still need the plus size section, and buy clothes - clothes that even aren't the largest size! So strange!
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

That is so great! Great NSV!

Shoot, I was 250 pounds and they didn't fit. I was always mystified when people kept talking about how comfortable jeans are. They have always been instruments of torture. The waist bands leave marks that hurt for hours. Now, though, I love them. My, how things change with perspective!
Congratulations on your denim victory!

Congratulations. Fantastic.
As for jeans - I have a lot of them now. But rarely wear them. I used to wear them in the past every time I lost weight and was more or less "normal" size...but I never like them when I was MO. Back then they did not make them "stretchable", so when I tried to wear them and they fit on me in the morning - they got "sloppy looking" by the end of the day. If I put them on when they would fit tight - they would hurt my mid section in the morning..but got comfortable by the end of the day...but first 1/2 day it was a torture. So I learned to hate them.
The jeans I have now - most of them are from a second hand store... I am too cheap to go and spend a lot of money on jeans. Maybe one day I find a brand and style that I would like.
Enjoy the experiance... Things like that makes us look towards the future and make the "diet" we are on for life livable. At least for me ...
