Hello everyone,
I haven't posted much on this thread lately, but I had my 3 month follow-up last Friday and the Doc was happy with my progress so far. I'm 77 pounds down from my first consultation back in February and 56 down since surgery on September 12. Just need to go get some labs drawn to check my iron since it has been very low and I've had to double up on the iron pills.
B: Hard boiled egg, coffee
S: 3 slices of thin deli ham rolled up with whipped cream cheese
L: 4 ounces fat free refried beans with a little sour cream and cheese
S: 6 cheese cubes and 1/4 cup cashews
D: Taco casserole
S: protein shake if needed
Water: halfway
Vits: Done
Exercise: 30 mins on the elliptical
