two days of not eating right but back on it today
I didn't gain anything while I had my two days that I ate crackers. I was sick and the only thing I could handle was crackers and cheese so I'm thankful I didn't gain. I actually lost 1.2 lbs the first day the second day I stayed the same. I think it might be because I had such few calories. I was really sick. I don't have any cravings for carbs today so I'm thankful for that. I'm so proud of myself. I feel comfortable in my skin again. I'm not happy with my weight yet but I'm comfortable. I used to feel like my body was too big for my skin. now I feel ok. I still don't have stamina. I can't stand for long and walking winds me but I'm getting there. I can't wait to have strength and energy back.
