Busy day for me today! It's the last exam for Anatomy & Physiology that matters. Thankfully I can get a 50% and still maintain an A for the class, but I still need to study!
1: protein shake
2: leftover meat of some sort
3: protein bar
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: hopefully running followed by yoga stretching, but it'll depend on how long it takes me to go through my flashcard deck this morning

sigh back to square 1 for me. I need to kick my funk and knock off this rando snacking. I do so well at work but after that, gah. I also started those meds from the Gastro doctor. This one is called "Hyoscyamine" fingers crossed for no weird side effects.

D grilled chicken salads home made, have to stop at the market after job2 and get some veggies to spice it up.
Snack at any point if needed, a yogurt or a half a shake. NO MORE EXTRA BAD SNACKING FOR ME.
