TGIF!!! Yay for that A!
Finallyyyyyyyyyyy forced myself to do some T25 last night. I am SO out of shape. I didn't finish but, I made it through most. It was legs day. The work outs are so intense but so good. I am down a lb today. So thankful. I just have to try to force a workout even after a 10-12hr work day.
B (half) scrambled egg, with cottage cheese, cheese, hot sauce, sausage, peppers and onions. It sounds like a ton, but it isn't. Such small portions and I didn't overstuff my tummy. Small containers help!
L 1/2 slice of lemon chicken, pureed veggie soup
D sausage, peppers, onions. Super small portion so I have cottage cheese w/ berries to add to L or D if needed
Going to the movies tonight with my god daughters, brought a quest cereal bar (so good), and some home made oatmeal bar I made. I don't want to buy popcorn! I'll pick which of those to munch on.
Water on track! trying to get most of it in during the day so I don't have to pee 12 times during the movie LOL
Good morning,
Yeah on a "A" in your class Gwen.
I hear you on December, im not in the Christmas spirit. I dont care if i put up my tree and decorations.
B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L cheeseburger
D sirloin pork chop and green beans
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange
Hopefully I can stay on track on my eating today. Ive been eating too much.
Have a good day
CONGRATS GWEN!!!! And CONGRATS RISSA!!!! I just finished my barium swallow and am drinking crappy Starbucks hospital coffee waiting for my disc copies to send to Dr. A for Eval. I may not need a revision, but I'm gonna have him check it out anyway.
so far today: BARIUM --- yuck poo
Rad tech said push water to dilute barium and expect white poopies. What am I? A dog with a bone??!!!!!
AM: to make my luscious coffee & add luscious white chocolate protein
B: yogurt!!!!!!
D: 76g sausage & medium egg
OH! And I made it into the 217's!!!
Congrats on the "A" Good work there, kiddo! What degree are you working on? When will you finish?
I'm still hanging in there on my diet. My weight isn't falling very fast, but I can be patient. I know that if I keep my calories low, I'll be losing weight, even if it doesn't show on the scale yet.
breakfast - salmon
lunch - egg roll stuffing bowl
dinner - chicken with apricots and Kalamata olives - yum. so good.
snack - probably almonds again. I try to skip it, but I just find such a craving for something after dinner, and its better than most snacks.
Happy weekend, everyone.
