I have my 3 month check up tomorrow. Kinda nervous for it for some reason. I'm 75 pounds down since my first appt in February and 30 down since surgery in September . Kinda thought it would be more, but it's still heading in the right direction.
B: hard boiled egg, coffee with 1/2 scoop protein powder
S: 1.5 ounces deli ham with whipped cream cheese rolled up, 3 pork rinds.
L: 3 ounces fat free refried beans with a tablespoon light sour cream and sprinkle of cheese.
S: hardboiled egg, pre work out snack of 6 cheese cubes and 1/4 cup cashews
D: 5 bean soul
S: protein shake

ex: 20 min walk on lunch break and 30 mins on the bike at the gym followed by upper body lifting.
