Happy last day of November! I have procured tickets to see Neil Gaiman (one of my favorite authors) in New York in April (at Bard College) so I am super excited!

3: turkey tetrazzini - post VSG I make this without the pasta and serve it as a sauce for pasta. The guys get pasta, I skip it. YUM.

I'm bouncing back and forth between 218 & 219 for the past two weeks, and am getting quite frustrated. I'm upping my game at the gym and am going to add some cardio at home to see if I can pu**** over. Gonna dust off the Wii. I've gotta finish cleaning up my old sectional, coffee table and some other furniture and put them up on Let Go or Craigs list - maybe that'll burn off some calories!!!

Good Morning, Everyone,
The scale is moving down, finally. I had Mexican food for lunch yesterday, and I ordered a salad, and didn't eat any of the salsa and chips. Right now my motivation is stronger than my urges. Thank goodness. I think I've got it under control again.

0800: 10 pieces dehydrated pineapple
1000: 2/3 scrambled egg w/ 1/2 tbsp cheddar
1330: 2 cups salad w/ 1tbsp balsamic vinegar dressing
1730: apple whilst driving to pick up the kids
2100: 1/4c taco meat with black beans and a sprinkling of cheddar
Exercise: 2 hours standing at standing desk, walking around Costco!!
I've been fat, and I've been thin - and thin is better.

Happy last day of November! It's only a 10 hour work day! Going to my boyfriends' parents house for dinner. I have a feeling its a carby dinner. She usually makes salad too, I will totally fill up on that.

L cold cut roll ups in lettuce, if needed 1/2 a container of cottage cheese w/ berries
S the other half of cottage cheese w/ berries (I'm having a late dinner)

Today I am eating:
B- 3/4 packet of Instant plain oatmeal with 1/4 container of organic unsweetened applesauce mixed in and a sprinkly of cinnamon
L- a chicken thigh in homemade sofrito sauce with sauteed yellow bell peppers and onions
D- Haven't decided yet, but I know I will need a protein shake before I go to bed to meet my protein goal today.
liquid and vitamins: Check!
Exercise: assorted exercises since I killed my thighs this past weekend doing squats and I am now just able to walk correctly again. (LOL)
