Whatcha eating today? Monday, 11/21/2016
It's Monday of Thanksgiving week! Yay! I've only got class tomorrow, so I have plans to accomplish lots of things in my free time. This evening I'm going to my first local Pantsuit Nation meet up which is exciting and a bit nerve-wracking since I'm not a super social person and none of my local friends are able to go. Yikes.
1: protein shake
2: leftover curry
3: frittata (asparagus, prosciutto, parmesan)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: pushups
How about you?

LOL! I don't actually own a pantsuit. Sad times! But I have a Hamilton t-shirt that I'll be happy to wear.
My family loves Red Robin. I don't get it, since the burgers we make at home are awesome. I get tired of ordering bunless burgers - sigh. I like their chicken ensada thing, or whatever it's called. Yum.

D chicken w/ broccoli and cauliflower.
Water, I must stay on track and ignore my issues in my brain today!
I swear my brain is my biggest enemy. Facebook told me this morning that we had to say goodbye to our beloved German Shepherd 5 years ago which puts me into this spiral of "omg, did we make the right choice?!" Seriously, brain?

Aww!! The worst. I'm sure it was the right choice. The brain sucks. Mines just about my boyfriend. He's been acting weird the last few weeks. My brain tells me he doesn't want to be with me anymore. But my friends say its probably because we are moving in a few months, its the first big move for us, he knows I'd prefer to be engaged *but now we aren't buying a home, we are renting a place first*, so is he afraid? Is he nervous? He also takes meds for - not depression but something like that, but he takes a half of a dose -. One time earlier this year he had company at his parents and he forgot to take it (out of sight out of mind and routine). He said he felt more blah and down, until he realized what it was. Then felt great. So, my brain says the worst, hes going to leave me. But, it might not be? Hopefully. Boo. I will talk to him tonight.
