B 4 oz premier shake, with 4 oz water

L 2 oz tuna, 2 oz 1% cottage cheese

S 4 oz premier, 4 oz water

D 1 weigh****chers whole wheat bread,1/4 c lean hamburger and tomato sauce, 1/2 low fat cheese, 1 tbsp. onion

S 4 oz premier shake , 4 oz water,

S#2  late night: 2 oz yogurt

all water and vitamins on track

exercise: 1/2 hour stationary bike
