I did not accomplish nearly as many things as I wanted to yesterday, but I also ended up running for 2 hours which had not been in the initial plan for the day.  So I guess that's okay!  Today I'm hoping to start my "increase upper body" plan which revolves around a pushup app.  We'll see how that goes.  It's going to be a cold and blustery day here - good type of day to get things done!

1: protein shake
2: leftover curry
3: coq au vin kebabsrisotto with brussels sprouts and browned butter mainly for the guys but I'll have a bite

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: pushups

I remembered my lunchbag.... but I forgot to put my lunch in it.  Really, Donna's brain?  Really?  

Meal #1: Coffee (which I did remember) + 30g protein

Meal #2: 1/2 avocado chicken sandwich with green beans instead of fries.

Meal #3: rest of meal #1.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

LOL @ Donna's brain!! I remembered my band with moniter when I went to the gym. Put it on and even wet it to get it to moniter my heart rate and calories burned. Went to turn on the watch... Wai****ch... Oh yeah .. THe watch, that is beside my chair, at HOME! Really???

Preplanning is helping me so much.  I've been weighing and measuring everything too.  I just finished straining my homemade yogurt and have to break it down into four containers so I can do up some different flavorings.  Also cooked up some hard boiled eggs because I'll be bringing devilled eggs over to my daughter's on Turkey Day.  Have to look up a recipe for some appetizer meatballs to bring too.

S:  Protein Coffee

B:  Scrambled eggs w/ provolone cheese, peppers and onions

L:  Turkey burger on low carb pita bread and lettuce

S:  S/F Popsicle

D: Veal w/ coleslaw

S  Swiss Miss Sensible Sweets Light Hot Cocoa
