7 years out and feeling good.
Hey just realized yesterday was my 7 year vsg anniversary. My doctor had originally set my goal weight as 130 to 140. I am at 133. I had accidentally lost more weight than I wanted to and got down to as low as 117, was stable at about 123 for years and have picked up about 10 pounds in the last couple of years. I really gotta watch that creep up and maybe shed a few but all in all I consider myself successful at this. My high weight was 247 and life is good without that blubber. Yay me. Diane S.
Congratulations Diane. You're doing a great job.
