Surgery Thursday!
Good luck to you! It's normal to be nervous but honestly I had a very easy recovery from my surgery that was 7/7. Follow your doctors orders and don't expect to feel terrible everyone has a different experience. We joked that I wasn't sure the doctor did the surgery since I felt so good. Wishing you the best!! This surgery was the best thing for me.

There is so much good in front of you! The best advise I got was "walk, walk, walk, and sip, sip, sip!" If you have shoulder pain for a couple days, its from the gas they use to inflate your abdomen to visualize your organs for the surgery. Don't be afraid to ask for pain meds. And don't be afraid to ask for sleepers because they will be in and out all night checking your vitals!!! The first fart is the best! Belching is over. Um, that's all I can think of for now. YOU GOT THIS, COACH!!!!
I can't add much of anything that hasn't already been posted, so I'll just wish you best of everything in this wonderful journey. Walk, walk, walk and sip, sip, sip.
Be sure to let us know when you're home and ready to post so that we can officially welcome you to the Loser's Bench.
Good friends are like stars.
You don't always see them but you always know they're there.
Good luck tomorrow. You'll do fine. All of this will soon be a blip in your rear-view mirror.
