I a question
You are probably getting dehydrated. Try drinking Powerade zero. It will help hydrate you. And give you potassium. if you don't have any, try decaf coffee, crystal light flavored water, hot or cold decaf tea. Propel water. 2 years out, and I can't stand plain water.
Force it down. Set a timer and sip every 3 minutes.
The more dehydrated you get the more you become nauseous and the less you drink.. It becomes a cycle. And the worse you get the more you can't stand the thought of food.
If you feel you can't do this, right NOW. Go to the er.

What Gipson said -- get tha****er down or you will very quickly find yourself in the ER with a raging kidney infection from dehydration. This happened to me at the same stage post-op. I nearly died. This is serious business. Call your surgeon right now for an anti-nausea medication like Zofran to help you drink more. If he/she tells you to get to the hospital, do it now.
