What cha eating today, VSGers? - Saturday
Hi All,
I hope you are having a warm, pleasant morning on this chilly fall day.
I'm continuing to maintain my weight, eating healthy, but I can't seem to make the push to actually lose weight. its been a stressful time, so I'm cutting myself a little slack here. We have to "Just keep swimming" as Dorrie would say ("finding Nemo" reference for anyone who is not into children's videos )
breakfast - salmon, yum.
Lunch - orange flavored chicken on a bed of spinach - also yum
Dinner - buffalo chicken spaghetti squash
snack - finish the crack slaw from a few days ago
Have a good day, all.
Carol

Just back from a week in Iceland, the land of geysers, hot springs, glaciers, snow-covered mountains, austere land- and seascapes, and absolutely delicious food. I stayed away from the notorious fermented shark, but had delicious fish chowders, whale steak, and brennevin ****land's signature liqueur, locally known as The Black Death). Fresh vegetables and fruit were not plentiful, logical given Iceland's 40-day growing season. So I went for the seafood protein and lots of it. Lost half a pound upon arriving back home.
