Didn't use food for comfort
The election was very nerve racking for me yesterday. Before surgery I would have been trying to sooth myself with food. I just paced around a lot and drank a lot of coffee. Coffee is still comforting for me somehow. I hadn't realized I didn't even think about pigging out. I seem to be learning new ways to deal with stuff. God Bless our country and everyone in it.

Me too. Dang miracle. Watched Superman vs. Batman, but woke at 3 am to the news. Had an UBER difficult time going back to sleep. Luckily, I have NO appetite today.
