Whatcha eating today? Monday, 11/7/2016
I had a rough weekend eating-wise. Going to make better choices today. I passed up some cinnamon toast and hot chocolate today.
B: fresh mozzarella with prosciutto and a thin slice of homemade sour dough bread.
L: more fresh mozzarella and a couple crackers and some buffalo jerkey
D: round steak and gravy cooking in the slow cooker. I may have a few bites of mashed potatoes or a piece of bread, but not both

Getting back on track after a weekend away at a family reunion. Good news is I didn't gain any weight!!

exercise - walk and Total Gym
water and vites - working on it.

B turkey sausage link ,premier protein shake
S protein bar
L 2 slices provolone cheese 5 crackers
D 2 ounces shredded chicken, 1/2 wholly guacamole, 1/2 tortilla
B: hard boiled egg, Coffee
S: small handful of Pork rinds
L: 3 ounces of chicken
S: 3 slices of salami rolled with 3 slices of Sargento ultra thin Colby jack cheese
D: 5 bean soup
S: Might do a protein shake depending on how my protein looks at the end of the day
Vitamins: Done
Water: Really need to work on that
Exercise: 30 mins on the elliptical, lower body strength training
