Where's Glen? 

Just took my dad to McDonald's and man is smelled so freaking good!!! But I didn't not break or steal a fry 

b - protein bar, sf pumpkin spice coffee

L - chicken, salad

d- tilapia, egg roll in a bowl

S - bar, turkey jerky, protein pudding

exercise - rest day

water and vits - missed am, but just got caught up :)

Hit up the Mariano's hot food bar and got loads of tasty meats and even roasted cauliflower!  Got 3 meals of protein for $6.

 

Meal #1: protein shake

Meal #2: 4oz beef roast (plain)

Meal #3: 3oz lemon cod fillet

Meal #4: 2 chicken drumsticks

 

I also am stealth buying low carb food.  I somehow unconsciously put salami and mozzarella in my grocery bag, as well as some kerrygold butter.  I apparently have low carb amnesia, lol.  I guess it beats stealth buying cookies....

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Morning - cheese grits and a latte

Afternoon - lamb gyro salad and finishing the morning latte

Evening - pork tenderloin and greek yogurt

exercise and vites are done

B:  protein shake (I don't generally do shakes, but I had good intentions of doing a few days of liquids, hahahahahaha)

L:  1/2 grilled cheese - so much for the liquids

D:  1 hot dog, beans

E:  hopefully a walk if time allows

They've got about the same calorie counts, actually.  And the ice cream feels better on my throat right now.

I swear I'm always so busy and haven't been eating very well these last couple of weeks. And what I mean by not eating well is just not eating...not cheating or anything. I'm going to have to make some protein jello shots or something. 

B- didn't eat
