I'm on phase 2, no idea on food please help
We all hear different things. Just my 2cents ; my DR said during this phase if it passes thru a strainer you can hhave it. I blended beef vegetable soup but my fav was mashed avocado with Greek yogurt and pacific? Roasted pepper and tomato soup.

I was told not to eat mashed potatoes for a month because some people have gotten them stuck. Other options my doctor has given are: fish (baked, broiled, grilled, or boiled), light tuna, tofu fat-free refried beans mashed, soy protein crumbles, ricotta cheese, oatmeal made with skim milk, sweet potato (cooked and mashed) grits or cream of wheat made with skim milk, shredded cheese fat free or low fat. Must take pea size bites and chew 25 to 30 times to mush.
