I don't know why, maybe the time change, but I am HUNGRY today. But I refuse to give in. Must be head hunger...
b - protein bar, coffee with sf pumpkin spice
L - hamburger meat smothered in cheese
D - I am going to "try" to cook some chicken strips on a stick over the firepit. Wish me luck! Family is having hotdogs and marshmallows ... First cool night of the year that we are all home :) maybe some parm cheese whisps..
S - another protein bar
12-16 hour shift today. Trying hard to stick to meals.
Meal #1: protein thingy
Meal #2: LC sandwich (lettuce wrap w/ham and turkey)
Meal #3: Probably the Chili That Never Ends.
Meal #4: ? = I need to go grocery shopping. Meijer has bone-in pork chops for $1.49/pound so I may get those and sous vide them for the week.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
