APPS to track food intake
I'm using my fitness pal. It has a really good library of foods and breaks down nutritional content. It's also free (big plus) and you can share it with friends to keep motivated. I really like it and have found it very helpful.
Only drawback is if you have daily less than 1000 calories - which is WLS patients not yet at maintenance - it won't let you "log" your day and gives you a message warning about insufficient calorie intake if you try (to cover their butt legally I think). But this doesn't really impact anything just a bit annoying.
If you do join up happy for you to friend me: Caleykins
