Dizziness after eating?
Hello, I am 2.5 years post op and find lately I get dizzy/woozy episodes after I eat. They are like flashes of dizziness and don't last long, maybe a couple seconds, and then all is normal. This will happen intermittently and even after eating LC and mostly protein. It has also happened after I've eating carbs/sugar but I understand why in those times. I am not diabetic, have normal BP, no vitamin deficiencies (recently had labs done). Has this happened to anyone else?
Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!

I have had this happen if I eat too fast with regular foods. Also have had this happen if I consume too much sugar. Here is a link to threads/posts from other members that have posted about this.
