Whatcha eating today? Thursday, 11/3/2016
I've been feeling a bit lightheaded off and on today, so I tried to take it easy. Even though I'm taking an iron supplement, it feels like my iron is still low. I have my follow up in about a month, so we will see.
B: 1 egg scrambled mixed with 1 tablespoon low fat cottage cheese, coffee
s: 1 cup Strawberry Kefir liquid yogurt
L: 3 ounces fat free refried beans with 1teaapoonful of light sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese
s: 6 Colby jack cheese cubes and 1/4 cup cashews
D: Mexican beef and bean casserole
S: orgain organic protein shake
Vit: done
water: half way there
exercise: nine since I've been so lightheaded
