Meal #1: 6 pieces LC sushi.
Meal #2 protein shake
Meal #3: leftover keto chili
Meal #4: ? depends on protein need
I skipped coffee today without realizing it. My eating has also drastically decreased. I've been struggling to keep up with my protein and not making poor choices at work. So far so good. :)
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I actually thought about it but I'm in between insurances right now. My insurance ended Oct 31 and my new insurance kicks in Nov 14. I did take some of my phenergan I had left from my surgery. Im staying hydrated barely I just feel like I've been hit by a mac truck.

Banana, rice (no butter), applesauce, toast (just plain).
that said I agree with glen, dehydration isn't something we can play around with, it was serious consquesences. Like really low potassium, which can cause heart issues. Get checked out.
Those foods dont agree with me on a good day. I dont want to try it today.I have been sticking to broths and clear liquids but I was out today for lunch and picked up Wendys. Yeah wasn't a very bright idea.
