losing a parent is such a difficult thing. I still sometimes go to the phone at 11 am waiting for my mom. But I saw a beautiful butterfly today and I know she's watching over me. Her bd is next Thursday.Gwen, you are gonna hurt, cry, miss him for a while. It does get better.
B- 1 hard boiled egg 2 whole egg whites
L- Chipotle luv it. Bowl with 1/2 chicken, steak, black beans, mild tomato salsa, onions and peppers, lettuce. Guacamole on the side.
Dinner- same as lunch
Beef burgers for frank and left over tomorrow.
S- pineapple chunks
Tomorrow will be the same as today. Omg, stomach on fire ouch
I just looked up the calorie and carb count on spaghetti squash and its only 15-20 calories and 3 to 5 carbs per half cup. (depending on what reference tool I checked). Its a great substitute for carbs.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - taco casserole with spaghetti squash
dinner - Chicken fried "rice" with riced cauliflower
snack - finish off some chicken cacciatore left over from the other day...
I'm still holding my weight, but I can't seem to drop these last few pounds that I've added this summer. Sigh... I guess we just keep plugging away at it.
