Not feeling it today. I feel very nauseous. I set the kids up with netflix, doughnuts, and frozen pizza. I gave them strict instructions to let me sleep all day. I'm not getting out of my pjs today. Staying in bed all day.

Well I'm catching up on all my shows, after all what's the use of calling in sick if I can't enjoy it just a little bit. Trying to find just the right spot where my neck, shoulder & back won't hurt. Catching up with Project Runway. I think I'll stay with my "style" of T shirts & tights/pants.
Today so far looks like:
Breakfast Orgain protein drink, eggs n cheese
Lunch Mahi fish patty
Dinner Chicken burger
Snacks Quest drink/chips, moon cheese, powdered pb

D: egg roll in a bowl ( giving this a try since I've seen several of you post about it)

ex: walked around an outdoor mall while I did some new clothes Shopping, cleaning the house and does giving the cat a bath count? Cause that is a work out in itself.

Gwen, you're allowed. I went to church, off came dress and pj's on, had tuna for lunch now making baked filet of sole and string beans. gonna watch real house wifes of jersey tonite is the finale. and then start all over again tomorrow. Have a good one. I swear, I start swimming next month we have a class "learn to swim like a mermaid" we actually have the mermaid tail, it's stunning and a great workout. I should have no problem, I'm growing gills with all the fish I eat. lol. ttyl
