I'm sorry you feel this way. Maybe you could reevaluate what makes you happy. The biggest step is admitting you need a change. I understand the burden of caring for elderly parents, 5 kids, going through a divorce, working a job that sucks the life and time out of me while trying to finish my graduate degree. I don't have fun in the conventional sense. I don't drink or go out to restaurants. I don't have time for hobbies anymore. Sometimes you just need some time to cry. Sometimes you just need to breathe. I feel like we go through things in life just to come out on the other side. You are entitled to feel however you want.

I haven't been feelin very well today and because of that I haven't been eating much today. Prolly why I am feeling a bit dehydrated but trying to get down a Gatorade to help.
B: coffee with a little cream and 1/2 of a larabar

D: so far just Gatorade
s: gonna try a small protein drink if I'm feeling up to it

exercise: other then a small dog walking, none since I'm feeling kinda dehydrated
