E: Walked for 50 mins so far (slow pace) will do more walking and want to get some bike in this evening
Depending on my protein for the day I may add a late snack of protein cocoa to warm and boost my protein. (I do best around 100 proteins)

Meal #1: tofu noodles and some beef stir fried.
Meal #2: LC lettuce sandwich
Meal #3: culvers burger, extra tomato, 1/2 GF bun
Meal #4: ?? Beef stew, maybe.
I need to figure out how to eat canned sardines. Love them cooked from fresh, but the canned ones are sort of bleh for me. It would be super convenient for fast protein at work that I can keep in my desk, whilst avoiding many of the tuna over-consumption issues.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
