Posting from my phone so hopefully it'll work okay. I'm at a conference today at NIH which is super exciting even if it took me too much stress to figure out what the heck to wear! It's my first professional conference!
1: protein bar (didn't want to risk a shake before traveling since it tends to get my bowels moving RIGHT NOW)
2: protein bar, tuna pouch, something else (the conference provides lunch, but I have no idea if it'll be okay for me and I have no idea if it'll be appropriate to eat tuna since lunch is a networking thing. We'll see.)
3: chipotle chicken bowl

I had a piece of cheese cake yesterday. So Its back on track today.

Realized I forgot my phone when I got to the gym. Speed workout this morning as my dad was at home and a sickly child at school ... Who couldn't reach me if needed, Can't believe I forgot my phone! But burned 200 cals in 30 minutes doing weights. No cardio though :(
