Unjury Protein
I love the Unjury Chocolate Splendor protein powder, although since being sleeved it seems
a bit too sweet. The chicken broth protein powder is great! A bit salty, which can be a nice switch
from all the sweet. I can't wait to try it with thoroughly cooked carrots in to. Yummmmmmm
Samples are your best bet for trial and error, when you can get them. I tried a couple of samples from several companies early on and they were terrible. Glad I hadn't spent $$ buying them.
Best of luck on your new journey. You'll do great!

Since I am trying to get my tool back on track, I went back to unjury. It's a high quality protein with 20/21g, and you can warm it to 130/140 degrees without the typical protein curdling. I like to use the Gold Standard 100% whey after workouts because it has glutamine to help muscle recovery and 24g protein. Unjury is PRICEY, but worth it. Chicken soup and unflavored are great. You can pick up gold standard in chocolate & vanilla at Costco in large packages for a low price. They have a lot of great flavors you can get from Amazon & other places too.
I liked Unjury protein because it's thinner and easier to drink after surgery. Try
the chicken soup one too. Good change of pace from sweet protein drinks. Weeks later I could drink premier protein just fine. Sometimes the convenience is worth it. Don't stock up too much. Before surgery they all taste pretty good, but after, even the texture of some of them might bother you. Bless you on your journey

Both my husband and I love it! I've drank it nearly every day for over 3 years (Chocolate Splendor mixed with almond milk). The husband really likes the Chicken Soup flavor to sip on when it gets colder.
You can order sample packets from them very easily online. I'd suggest starting with a couple first to make sure you like it. I tried almost a dozen different kinds before hitting on this one; it's the only one I could stand. I mix it every morning with almond milk, Benefiber and a heaping teaspoon of instant espresso. Delish!
The vanilla flavor is good in recipes but I didn't care for the unflavored or strawberry flavor (I don't like fake "strawberry" flavored anything though).
