Unjury Protein

People's tastes in protein vary SO much, that it's hard to guess what you'll think. Your best bet is to order a bunch of samples (if you can) and be prepared to try a lot of things post-op since your tastes will probably change quite a bit.

Genro is a scam. They have an asterisk next to protein that it is "equivalent" to. It's not. It's a bad source, and they are ripping people off. There are much better sources of higher quality protein out there.

Unjury unflavored seems to be the most popular. Keep in mind that it does have a flavor -- it tastes like whey protein. It just doesn't have added flavor, like chocolate, vanilla, etc.
Stick with 100 percent whey protein isolate. There are other kinds, but isolate is generally the best quality.

I like Unjury. They have a sample pack you can order from their website. It was a bit too sweet after a while.
I use Syntrax naturals, has no artificial stuff. The regular Syntrax is good too fruity flavors.

try samples and don't buy a lot before your surgery. I did premier protein pre op and can't tolerate them now, they make me extremely nauseated
