sore, I'm ready for this right about now . So proud of myself, I took my water, salmon pouch then had lunch 1/2 burger, 1/c cup salad and then hot tea, I'm good til dinner. Yeah.
Started back at my kickboxing class this week; I'll go tonight to get in my 3rd session for the week. My arms are SORE!
