What's your exercise plan for today
I will have to work hard to get my exercise in today. We have a birthday party tonight for my 12YO and my 30YO. I have to be back at work at 9:30 PM. So, my plan is:
Walk at lunch
Walk after work before party
Ride bike or Zumba DVD after party before going back to work.
Hopefully, that will get me close to 10k steps!
Started this journey 6/6/16 - 246.8lbs. SW 214 - 9/6/16 VSG. CW - 158. (9/15/17) Post VSG M1- 20, M2- 8.4 M3- 6.6 M4- 8 M5- 3.6 M6-5.8 M7- 1.5 M8- 1.5 GOAL - 142.

You are awesome girl, an inspiration, keep it up. I'm riding tomorrow I cant wait. wooo hoooo, burn like 700 calories 40 minutes, it's such a demanding discipline... talk about a core workout, actually total body and so relaxing/therapeutic for the mind. My happiest place ever is on a farm. Planet fitness is a great gym, gotta be really self motivated and apparently you are. You go girl!
I walked for about 25 minutes today on my
lunch break and then again after work for about an hour. Trying to take advantage of these last few nice days.
