S - Protein coffee
L - egg salad - 3 crackers
s - Boiled egg
d - 1/2 cup green salad w/ 1/4 diced ham.
Mile on the bike, 20 minutes walking and 20 minutes Zumba
Vitamins - good
Water - need a bit more
