My goal is to get at least 16,667 steps every day. That way, I always wake up with a 7-day step count over 100,000 (I am a bit obsessed...lol). Walking is the only exercise I do. I love it.

Was going to go at lunch but coworker I work out with didnt want to, so we had lunch instead. Going after work, going to do chest and triceps I think. Nice good hard and heavy lift!
