Whatcha eating today? Monday, 10/24/2016
Have you ever tried turkey bites. They are in a bag like jerkey. 7 grams of protein for 6 little bites. I keep them in my lunch bag in case I have to stay overtime. I'd rather have them than a protein bar. Might be a little high in sodium though. They sell them at Walmart. 2.49 for a bag with probably 4? Servings, maybe more. They do a good job of tiding me over till I get home.

Not much planned today except medical tests damn near the crack of dawn! Sheesh do the machines not work past 9am? Anyway for now,
Breakfast Orgain protein drink
Lunch Roast beef & swiss cheese
Dinner chicken burger
Snacks Quest shake/chips, skinny pop & powdered choc pb
Hazelnut sf spread (nope its not going on anything, pretty much dipped my finger in the jar. )

Monday seems to come so fast! Here's where I am
at for today.
B: 4oz plain Greek yogurt and 1 sargento low fat cheese stick
S: handful of store brand pork rinds ( my go to when iwant something kinda crunchy)
L: 3oz fat free refried beans mixed with 1 teaspoon light sour cream and sprinkle of chesse
S: 1oz lightly salted cashews
D: Taco casserole
s: orgain organic protein shake
Vitamins done and still working on water.
E: small walk on lunch break and about to head out for my second walk. Won't get to do this much longer since it's only 58 degrees out.
