It's also super tasty, and I can eat it while I'm driving when necessary. It's filling, so I notice that I eat less at dinner when I have the wrap for lunch, which is nice. (And I don't feel the need for a protein bar to get me through Anatomy - also nice.)
Ideally I'd like to be able to scrape the contents out of the wrap and eat it with a fork, but that's not possible at the times I opt for one. I justify it by eating it from the bottom, since the top tends to have settled and have some "empty" wrap ;) I figure I'm maximizing my protein and minimizing my carbs that way!
