MFP? Add me!
Hi there! I'm 3.5 years post-op and part of my success has been tracking my food on MFP. I've noticed lately that a lot of the friends I've had on MFP are just not logging in anymore. That makes me sad. So I was hoping to get find some new MFP VSG friends so we have give and get support! Tracking our food is such a HUGE part of this journey, and MFP is such a great platform to do this and make friends! So feel free to add me if you'd like!

I find that I do so great and look forward to logging my food and water everyday ever since I started using it about 2 weeks before surgery and I am 3 weeks out today. I don't miss logging one single meal. I believe i'm secrets224 on MFP. :) Didn't even know you could add "friends" on MFP! How cool!!!

I am BitterGrace on MFP. Anyone is free to add me. I mostly use a paper journal these days (curiously it's harder to stuff my face with a book in my hands), but I still randomly am inspired to use it sometimes.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Done! I track everyday, but it doesn't always show it since I'm usually under my calorie goal and MyFitnessPal thinks I'm not eating enough.
