I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with life right now, which means my persistent underlying grief is bubbling to the surface. Not a great combination. Once I finished my presentation and exam tonight I hope that I'll feel a bit better.
1: protein shake
2: chicken caesar wrap from wawa
3: unclear - quest bar if I need to eat before I get home, otherwise chicken curry!
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 5k training and yoga stretching! (Run was lovely, I haven't been able to stretch yet since I had to use the printer.)

snack - buffalo chicken, or nuts, depending how hungry I am

Basically got ideas for giving her stuff to work on at home. Had to explain that she has test aniexty and that the more I can work with her at home, the calmer she feels (more prepared) and can take the test. If not she almost blanks out and fails the tests. I was sending notes but couldn't get across to them how badly "tests" affect her. She also gave me several websites she can work on. I also told me daughter if she doesn't stop socializing in class (talking, playing) I gave the teacher permission to move her desk into the corner LOL so I'm hoping that nipped it in the bud
Been crazy busy lately and exhausted... i'm wondering if it's that it's dark at 7 at night ZZZzzzZzzZ and dark when i get up

L: going out - 1/2 chicken parm sandwich (no bread) and side soup or salad

Ahhhh, the life of a student. Take a deep breath. You will feel better once you get those out of the way. Just remember, the chaos will make your courses go by fast .
