Whatcha eating today? Sunday, 10/16/2016
And, as always, my weight is up after racing yesterday. I know the weight will come off by the end of the week, but I'm also happy that my next race isn't until March! (My first half marathon on my 40th birthday. This seems perfect to me.) That race in March will likely also be my only 2017 race, so I'd better make it count, since I'll be missing the fall 2017 racing season due to plastic surgery if everything goes as planned. Hopefully I'll at least get to go to the races as a spectator to cheer my partner and friends on!
1: protein shake
2: leftover crab cake
3: chicken curry (my favorite thing to make in the instant pot)
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: REST DAY, I might do some yoga so my hips don't hate me
How about you?

It's an electric pressure cooker. Pretty nifty :)

Wow, that's amazing, Gwen! I can't imagine even running 1/10 of a marathon! Good for you!
I'm still struggling with my diet. I always have chest pain and pressure from the GERD, and the only thing that provides even temporary relief is eating. I am being as strict as possible.
- 5oz siggi yogurt
- 1/2 sandwich made with: 1 slice of LC bread, 3oz turkey, 1/2 oz cheese, with some soup.
- 4oz tilapia and 1/2c mixed veg made with harissa.
Took my vitamins and I'm drinking like crazy, but I forgot my 2nd calcium dose and my 2nd PPI at home. They are in my pill box with a post it that says "Don't forget to bring me to work!" I clearly fail at adulting today.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
