And ANOTHER question, lol

Sheesh...full of questions lately...so...here's a weird thing...lol. Almost every time after I eat or drink..I get these LOUD stomach noises...gurgling, groaning...I swear, sometimes it sounds like my stomach is trying to form words, to the degree that I told my husband I have an alien living in there, and it's commenting on my food and drink choices. 

It's very odd sounding. THAT said, I had almost the SAME noises when I had lap band. Then, the doctor told me that it was due to the very small opening I had for food and drink to drain through...and that was the noise that made.

Anyone else???

For the first year or two I had really strange alien-like noises from my sleeve. really bizarre. Gradually they have decreased. But yeah I think its pretty common. no clue why.   diane s

Yup, still have them 2.5 years out :)  

I'm 11 years out from DS, and still get gurgling from some foods/liquids....especially warm liquids.

I consider it part of my charm.

I'm almost 2 years out and it happens to me daily still.  I work in cubicle land and it cracks my "neighbors" up!  They chime in with, "Bob (my sleeve name) is talking again."  Mine is mostly when I drink coffee or water.  Not so much when eating.
