B- 1/2 of premier protein shake
snack- I boiled egg
lunch- 2 oz baked salmon tablespoon sautéed spinach( yesterday's dinner)
dinner- 3 oz chicken with broccoli
snack- 1/2 protein shake
exercise- 40 minute treadmill, 20 minute weights at gym
vitamins- patch ,love them
water- great
down 5 lbs this week. Sticking to what has been working!!!

Breakfast: turkey deli meat wrapped around sharp cheddar cheese and large coffee with stevia sweetner
snack: Premier chocolate protein shake
Lunch: 2 oz salmon and 1 cup of steamed broccoli
Snack: 1/2 cup steamed broccoli
Dinner: 2 oz of beef fajita meat
Snack: Berry smoothie made with 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen non sweetened berries, 1/2 scoop non flavored protein powder, 2 scoops stevia sweetner, 1/2 cup ice blended together
Water- on track
Vitamins- on track
